econoLED Dash Cam

This is a very basic camera. It is simple to use and easy to follow the instructions. The screen pops down so you can choose to view the screen as you drive or keep it closed. While it does feel cheaply made, it works pretty decent. You do need to buy an SD card for it but the camera itself is already very low in price so it’s worth spending the little bit of money on an sd card. You plug it into the car charger and it turns on when you start the car and shuts off when off. This also saves the video each time. The only two issues I have with it are the suction cup and the battery life. While it states you can have the camera on while the car is off, it does not as the built in battery capacity is very small. As soon as you turn it on, it dies after a few seconds. It is best to use it while it is plugged into the car and when the car is on. The suction has a hard time staying on the window as it falls off after a few minutes. My husband went ahead and added something sticker-like to keep it on there. Overall, not the best camera but it’s great to have in the case of accidents and you can transfer the videos from the SD card onto your computer as the video loops after a certain amount of space is used.
